BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
Once the booking has been confirmed, the client must follow the set procedure:BY CREDIT CARD:
When booking, "Annabel B&B" will require credit card details and pre-authorization for the amount of the entire stay.Nothing will be charged on the card at the time of booking, but seven days before the "check-in" date you will be charged for the entire stay.
Only when you receive written Email confirmation from the B&B will the accommodation be booked.
The reservation can be cancelled without penalty upto seven days prior to the arrival date, cancellation MUST be sent by fax or Email.
After this deadline Annabel B&B will be authorized to charge the cost of the entire booking.
In the case of "No Show", or early departure, Annabel B&B will be authorized to charge the cost of the entire stay.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
The B&B reception is operative from 2 o'clock (14.00) but the arrival time MUST be stated and agreed with, when booking.The accomodation must be vacated by 10.30 am AT THE LATEST, on departure day. An extra charge of 15 € will be apolide for every hour after 11.
HOUSE CLEANING RULES
The accomodation will be delivered clean and tidy with fresh sheets and towels. The $10 final cleaning fee is INCLUDED in the rates charged at the time of booking.However, the use of the kitchenette is courtesy and as such all guests are required to leave the dishes and eating area clean and tidy.
